Mindful Living card deck has 56 cards that offer simple and easy-to-do daily practices. Integrate them into your life and you can have powerful results and uncover sustainable happiness.
Each Monday we will choose a new card with an idea to work on and discuss the results.

The weather is getting nice so let's meet outside until it gets too hot. Grab some dinner, drink and let's meet at the park. Open to suggestions for meeting places!
